1. No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the personal and Ayurvedic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items. This ensures product integrity and customer safety
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only if:
You received a wrong product.
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (images or videos)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request:
Email us at sales@narcosman.com with your order ID
Include clear images or videos showing the issue (wrong or damaged product).
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for eligible return cases.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at sales@narcosman.com .
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. In eligible cases, we may issue a replacement or refund.
7. International Orders
At this time, returns and refunds are not applicable on international orders due to logistical and regulatory constraints. Please double-check your order details before confirming purchase.
